For our client, a multinational company in Munich, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w) on a full time basis.

Starting ASAP

Tasks:

- Understanding the clients needs and design the best talent attraction, sourcing and selection strategies
- Acting as a talent acquisition supporter and advisor
- Interact with high calibre as well as young professional candidates across the European Union using creative and traditional sourcing methods
- Coordinating and joining in the interviews, actively shaping and optimizing the hiring and decision processes
-Filter, interview assess and select the candidates together with the heads of different departments of an international company
- Creating a strong global network
- Support the versatile, open minded and employee friendly environment of the company

Skills:

-3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Creativity and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of conventional and innovative sourcing channels
- Content Recruiting skills
-Fluent in English (German is a nice to have)
