The role is based at the European Headquarters and supports a high volume, high demand and high energy centralised EAME Talent Acquisition team of 14. Headed up by a Director of Talent Acquisition supporting over 24 countries in Europe, Middle-East and Asia split into 3 distinct regional structures with a recruitment lead for each of the regions.

This is an exciting entry level role with career opportunities to develop within recruitment, global mobility, offer management, talent acquisition operations and main stream HR. The job responsibilities include supporting the Talent Acquisition Director with executive hiring, team management, operations including projects and process improvement and administration. This role will also provide occasional cover and support to the senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator who manages global mobility, projects and analytics. This is a really exciting position as it offers potential to be involved with a variety of interesting and challenging projects as we strive to exceed the growing demands of the business.

The role will require, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Director diary management, booking of regular international travel and processing expenses
Supporting the senior TA Coordinator with Global mobility, analytics, projects and process improvement initiatives
Assist in the design and implementation of global process improvement plans which are filtered through from the US for EAME
Management of weekly and monthly team meetings, including follow up and implementation of meeting action plans.
Providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers and third parties during the recruitment process
Booking and arranging interviewee travel and transfer arrangements
Account management of interview scheduling and associated logistics (booking of Video/Telephone conferencing in the UK/US/Asia)
Recruitment system support and expertise

The role is balanced out with 70% administrative responsibility and 30% projects and process improvements.

Relevant business Degree (HR)
Preferably CPP and/or CIPD qualified
Excellent interpersonal, project management, business writing, and communication skills.
System and data management/analysis
Strong experience with MS Office Suite in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of Recruitment life cycle desirable
Business level European language essential, French, Italian, Spanish, German or combination of above
