Talent Acqisition Specialist/Internal Recruiter - Maidenhead - 6 Month

Talent Acquisition Specialist/Internal Recruiter needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Maidenhead.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Candidate sourcing experience ideally within the UK and ideally at least another European country
- Taking requirements from internal managers to ensure your understanding of the role you will be recruiting for
- Candidate interviews and presenting them through to the manager in an articulate manner
- Experience in hiring marketing professional, IT and technical support amongst other internal requisitions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working with the business to identify hiring needs
- Sourcing suitable candidate in both the UK and other European countries
- Managing the hiring process form Job qualification through managing the offer process
- Ability to sell the company to ensure you attract the best talent on the market

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous exposure of end to end recruitment within a corporate or a marketing agency background
- A proven background in candidate attraction and management
- A great attitude towards filling the internal vacancies and giving he highest level of customer service

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Any language experience would be beneficial especially German
- Any exposure to recruiting within Ireland and Sweden would be great
