Our client, a major mobile telecoms company require a number of TAC Engineers who have experience in CS/PS Core or RAN operations and maintenance. The objective of a TAC Engineer is to ensure a professional response to faults raised by the helpdesk, ensuring quality and providing a positive image to customers.
TAC Engineer responsibilities;
- Act as first point of contact for faults
- Perform tasks in end to end TAC services process
- Perform initial troubleshoot/investigations of issues/faults
Experience
- RAN 1st line or CS/PS Core or IP security operations and maintenance in the Telecom industry
- Good knowledge of Helpdesk procedures
- Availability to work on call rota pattern to provide 24x7 coverage
- Linux
Desired;
- Cisco, Dell, HP experience
- CCNA
