T&E Accountant

T&E Accountant wanted for our Freiburg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Degree in finance or in accounting
- 2+ years' working experience in account payable department, preferably shared services
- Excellent accounting knowledge to process allocated tasks in an efficient and timely manner and medium reporting knowledge
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken. One of other European language is preferably

YOUR TASKS:

- Being responsible for T&E process, Compliance check and KPI reporting
- Managing calls and solve respective requests in the R2P area, ensuring turn-around-time
- Executing month-end reconciliations as well as monthly newsletter preparation and distribution
- Performing IC and T&E related company Financial Control Manual
- Training other team members and coordinating User training
