Systems Support Specialist - You will be working in a small team providing system support and administration in a large and complex IT environment reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Systems Support Specialist - This role requires a mature individual that works well in a team but can also work independently when required. We need an individual that does not require micro-management.

Systems Support Specialist - To be successful for this role, you will have the following requirements:

STRONG EXPERIENCE WORKING IN LINUX ENVIRONMENT (ENTERPRISE LINUX, SUSSE LINUX AND REDHAT LINUX)Minimum 2 years of experience providing support and admin for Linux, Apache and Tomcat
STRONG SKILLS IN APACHE AND TOMCAT
EXPERIENCE WITH DNS AND DHCP (SOLARIS)
STORAGE (EMC VNX SERIES - 5500 AND 5700, SUN STORAGETECH 6540 OR SIMILAR)
Enterprise Backup experience preferably with Legato Networker, Sun SL3000 Tape Library, Backup Execn and HP Tape Library
FABRIC INTERCONNECT (BROCADE FIBRE SWITCHES
VMWARE 5.1 AND HIGHER
