The person for this role will be working with SAN & DAS hardware and storage support. This person will be monitoring email distribution lists and addressing customer issues regarding build releases and storage systems.
Candidates must have the ability pick up the technologies quickly and run with the information provided.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Software/hardware
- Windows
- SAN & DAS Hardware
- Scripting of VB/PowerShell/bash, must script to grab data
- Multiple vendors preferred (not just HP or Dell, a variety)
