Systems Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Quickly pick up and understand business logic for identities in a large enterprise environment.
- Working issues related to data inconsistencies between linked accounts both as raised on a per user basis and also on a proactive basis by applying said business logic to determine what updates need to be made, and then making them.
- Quickly triaging an issue, and work it from start to finish.
- Communicating and coordinating with Identity owners (end users) on an as needed basis, both via email and telephone.

TECHNICAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with LDAP and LDIF data, both reading and updating/writing.
- Extensive understanding of how to write ldap filters, and interpret ldap data is required.
- Previous experience with managing Active Directory data is a plus.
- Experience with SQL in an operational setting (using SQL to retrieve, validate, and correct live data).
- Candidate should be able to write SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE queries easily at minimum.
- Previous experience in a federated-identity environment.
- Specific experience with Novell Identity Manager is a plus.
- Previous experience working identity data quality issues.
- Experience/comfort with MS Office (specifically Excel, using formulas).
- Visual Basic for Applications experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with MS Office 365 hosted mail is a plus
- Previous experience with Lotus Notes/Domino identities is a plus
- Previous experience managing identities for use with Web SSO products (like Siteminder) is a plus.
