Systems Programmer - VTAM

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for an IT Systems Engineer with IBM z-Series operational experience and Mainframe Network (VTAM) technology.

Required:

Required experience working with Mainframe Network (VTAM) technology with more than one of the following:
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
Strong knowledge of IBMs SNA protocols
Install, maintain, customize, and debug IBM Mainframe system software components
Install, maintain, customize, and debug vendor software products
Monitor system performance and availability

Plusses:

Having additional experience working with one or more of the following is a plus:
DB2
CA ESP Workload Engineering
MQ and IIB (WMQI)
z/OS and z/VM
Mainframe hardware Support
CICS
EMC Storage DASD/DLM Support
Mainframe Performance and Capacity Services (PCS)
