- vCenter Operations manager experience
- vMotion and load balancing knowledge

NetApp storage array administration experience

- SAN - Storage array network understanding
- Volume, Aggregate and LUN administration
- Archive management experience

Experience with a large network environment

- Domain environment experience
- Remote desktop administration experience
- Understanding of basic networking concepts

Familiar with ticket system management

- Incident management
- Change management
- Inventory management

Qualifications

- 10+ years of customer support experience
- SLA process familiarity
- Availability for on call and after hours support
- A+ certification
- Server+ certification
- HP Server Warranty certification
- Network+ certification preferred
- Server and networking support and break-fix experience
