Systems Engineer - Workplace Services (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Design, implement, maintain and support global shared services for productivity and collaboration such as email, personal devices, file storage and team sites and systems
-Underpinning them such as Office 365, Exchange, e-mail security, gateways, mobile messaging, listserv, Active Directory, SCCM, file servers, identity and services provisioning processes
-Maintain scripts to automate systems deployment, operations and management
-Integrate collaboration systems and productivity tools with security, configuration and events
-Management of systems
-Provide support for development and maintenance of directory and authentication systems
-Maintain standard operating procedures
-Design and implement monitoring and management systems and take actions to ensure system availability, security and integrity; contribute to development and reporting of key performance indicators
-Provide third-level support for user requests, incident and problem management
-Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-In-depth knowledge of Office 365 suite, particularly Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, Share Point, OneDrive, ActiveSync, mail security gateways, Internet listserv, ADFS and Azure AD
-Profound relevant professional experience in the information and communications field
-Recent experience implementing and supporting large scale Microsoft Office 365, Exchange
-Thorough understanding of messaging protocol and related services (MAPI, SMTP, POP, IMAP, EAS, HTIPS, etc.)
-Good understanding of configuration management and application distribution for personal devices
-Good knowledge of Windows server systems and Active Directory
-Ability to maintain system design and maintenance plans and to maintain complex scripts for systems deployment, operation and maintenance, and services provisioning and de-provisioning
-Able to effectively support many systems and users. Adaptability and flexibility for working in complex and changing environment and under pressure
-Creativity in approach to new challenges, both technological and organizational as well as excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
-Experience with server and Active Directory required
-Expert knowledge in spoken and written English
