Mt client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Systems and Storage Engineer with a wealth of server and networking experience acquired from a variety of contract roles. An industrious person who enjoys being part of a successful and productive team, adapting well to new circumstances. Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems, with a professional and calm attitude at all times. Excellent server management experience acquired to date, utilising a range of software and systems to achieve all objectives. Able to work well on initiative, demonstrating the highest levels of motivation and organisation required to meet tight deadlines. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate concisely at all levels.

* Linux, including Red Hat Linux, Linux Proxy Server, Netbackup 6.5 and NetBackup and Media Server problem solving
* Firewalls and Network Security
* VMWare, ESX4i vSphere and vCenter.
* Microsoft Visual Basic, including building Access2010 databases for use of SAN block provisioning
* Network Design, including Switch configuration and upgrades
