SYSTEMS ENGINEER (ACTIVE DIRECTORY/ITSM) - BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You have a Bachelor degree in an ICT direction and you have at least five years of relevant experience.
- You work methodically and project-based.
- You have knowledge of the assigned technology domain: Active Directory, ITSM (Omnitracker), Deployment (Altiris), End-user security (Appsense) and automation of processes.
- You are familiar with Powershell & Scripting.
- You have notions of ITIL and experience with ticketing tools.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Request management of the Deployment Platform (Altiris), ITSM (Omnitracker), Active Directory, Packaging, automation.
- Develop systems and processes such as onboarding and deployment.
- Define projects that you realise independently, together with colleagues or with suppliers.
- Determine the concepts and standards of the environment in accordance with the vision and strategy of the company.
- Act as the last internal link in the support process of the ICT department.
- Building a high-performance and stable ICT environment.
