Systems Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Systems Engineer to coordinate the various verification and validation activities for this large-scale project.

REPORTING TO THE SOLUTION ARCHITECT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Ensuring the design verification activities of subject matter experts within the project team are effectively coordinated
- Identifying any areas of uncertainty, potential areas of conflict or areas of risk
- Coordinating the assessment of Contractor deliverables by Solution Team and Delivery Team subject matter experts
- Coordinating the development of formal advice to Management regarding the extent to which milestone completion has been achieved

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Engineering background ideally with 10-15 years experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Extensive experience with systems engineering methods and processes, requirements engineering, verification and validation on a large and complex projects
- Significant experience with development and review of design documentation associated with large information technology projects
- Excellent communication skills required for presentations, workshop facilitation, client interviews and reports
- Proven experience with requirements analysis and specification, design review, inspection, test management and acceptance
- Contract/project management skills
