Software Development and Testing Related Experience

10 years of experience with the development of web based applications.

10 years of experience with object-oriented techniques.

10 years of experience with software development related root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

10 years of experience with software development, project management and testing practices.

10 years of experience developing application framework components.

10 years of experience with implementing Health Care and/or State Government/Public Service Systems.

5 years of experience with formal software testing.

2 years of experience with the FDOH, HMS or other clinic management and/or electronic health record software.

2 years of experience with the development of web based applications utilizing Intersystems Cache (CSP and/or Zen), .Net, Java

2 years of experience using SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery.

Deliverables

Implement system build and release processes to improve the development life cycle.

Architectural Framework - Manage the architectural framework process for the Health Management System and external system interfaces (including architectural blueprints and implementation strategies) to provide for the greatest flexibility while reducing the total maintenance cost, in the manner and time specified.

Risks and issues that are fully defined including mitigation strategies and recommended resolutions.

Root Cause analysis - complete documentation of application defects including source of the defect and process/application changes that manage future risk.

Application Development - conduct coding and database administration for storage, data design & modelling, monitoring, performance tuning.

Application development standards and staff mentoring to support implementation and compliance with standards and architectural vision.

Application development resource assessments that include accurate and objective identification of strengths and weaknesses as well as performance improvement plans.

Weekly status reporting that includes:

Accurate estimates of completion time frames for development tasks.
Progress towards meeting milestones for implementation of architectural vision.

Progress towards meeting milestones for implementation of build and release process enhancements.
