Leading Investment Bank is seeking a Systems and Business Architect to join their HR project team. The Architect will be supporting the business in ensuring the new HR systems are fit for purpose and delivered to the business within set time scales.

Essential skills and experience:

- Specialist system and architecture experience
- Strong strategic design experience with HR platforms
- Implementation experience of HR applications
- Strong Software Development techniques and Quality Assurance
- Data Migration/Transformation experience
