Overview

SYSTEMS ANALYSTS with experience in INTEGRATION AND INTERFACE DESIGN TO/FROM SAP (MASTER DATA & TLOG INTEGRATION), POS (RETALIX R10), LOYALTY AND PROMOTIONS ( SAP PMR, RETALIX LMS), MONITORING AND ALERTING (CA TOOLSET), AND TIVOLI IDENTITY MANAGEMENT, WOW ONLINE (SALES INTEGRATION), CUSTOMER DATA INTEGRATION (CMDM), ISIS INTEGRATION to join the POS PROJECT TEAM.

This role will give you the opportunity to utilise your well developed skills in Integration design and knowledge of and experience of Middleware and XML to elicit integration and application requirements in a Retail environment and deliver them right through to design and implementation.

Essential Experience:

- High expertise in XML and data analysis
- Experience in a large and complex retail organisation
- Ability to review and understand system/architecture/data design documents
- Ability to elicit, analyse and document non-functional requirements including volumetrics, flows, data retention and information security
- Ability to interpret business requirements and design solution options that meet these in a      complex technical environment
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications that can be readily used to develop solutions
- Ability to collaboratively design test and support models against documented solutions.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience across SAP suite (Merchandising System, POSDM, BW) integration and mapping as it applies to centrally hosted store systems from gathering requirements through to implementation
- Experience with POS systems, preferably in a centralised architecture.
- Previous experience using Altova XML Spy and MapForce
- Knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Toolsets. eg Business Object.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with IT and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level presentation and facilitation skills
