Currently we re seeking a candidate to focus on supporting NFA (Netflow) doing operational application administration. The ideal person would have some (1-3 years) system administration experience (Unix/Linux and Windows), along with some network and SQL knowledge. Since the job will have a significant customer focus, experience working in a Help Desk environment would be valuable. The successful candidate will receive Netflow training.

The Operations team has front line 24/7 pager duty, currently one week on call about every 7-8 weeks. Required to be able to work weekend occasionally for maintenance, usually on Saturday mornings. Goal is to perform Tier 2 customer support, break-fix work.

SKILL SET

- Unix/Linux (1-3 years) beginner/intermediate required
- Windows (1-3 years) beginner/intermediate required
- Customer Service skills intermediate level required
- Ticketing System experience intermediate level required
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Networking (CCNA) - preferred
