Our Perth based client requires a Systems Administrator with a background or experience in Mobile Devices to join their large and busy existing team.

Exceptional Customer Service, Technical and Interpersonal skills a must!

This role is for an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension opportunities.

DUTIES:

- Provide a customer focused service to ensure the effective configuration, deployment and coordination of mobile devices.
- Proactively assesses corrective and preventative maintenance requirements of mobile devices (data and telephony) and supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability is maximized and maintained.
- Liaises with customers to identify, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a responsive manner within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure customer service delivery is performed according to the set ITIL framework, and documentation and administrative processes are kept to the targeted standards.
- Maintains ownership of the resolution process throughout the incident life cycle.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

- Analyse operational and technical issues impacting mobile devices (data and telephony) and working with multiple vendors to identify develop and implement solutions.
- Provides the main point of contact for users in relation to technical queries. Ensures accurate and timely logging and categorisation of all support requests following set processes.
- Performs diagnosis and repair of mobile devices (data and telephony) and remedies faults affecting the device equipment (mobile, cellular, data, iPhone and IPad).
- Understands and complies with information security policies and procedures to ensure all mobile devices (data and telephony) comply with Security protocols.
- Administration of the clients MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution.

COORDINATION:

- Coordinates allocation of all mobile devices (data and telephony) and ensures effective asset management process and procedure is followed, including management of an asset register.
- Conducts research and analysis on identified issues and investigates and considers options to meet organisational needs and resolve problems.
- Maintains and monitors Performance Indicator Reporting relation to portable data and telephony devices.
