Analyze current processes & procedures, provide solutions based on research, help remain within budget. Be comfortable providing solutions to management and be able to take things to the "next step." Perform a variety of system related functions for the supported HR system. Research and respond professionally to user problems related to system/processes/general issues. Acts as the first level of help desk for any user issue. Collects necessary documentation from the user, troubleshoots the problem to determine if the problem is training, configuration, or software defect. Coordinates with necessary parties to resolve any issues/defects. Provides coaching to the user if the problem is determined to be user error.

- Reporting Metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Suite, Internet Explorer Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio and Project
- Knowledge of business process associated with the supporting application (ie Learning, Talent).
- Learns new technology quickly through guidance and self-learning
- Independent thinker
- Ability to engage quickly in new programs/teams
- Ability to develop new processes and procedures with an objective view
