JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the departmental telephone systems and staffing resources to handle fluctuating contact volume.
- Serve as resource for phone system questions, issues and troubleshooting, Real Time monitoring of resources and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage exists for contact center.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills required.
- Previous Contact Center experience.
- Avaya experience - Verint (or workforce management experience).
