System/Reporting Developer - Midlands - NHS

My client is an NHS Body based in the West Midlands currently looking to recruit an experienced BI Developer.

The successful BI Developer will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the SQL databases and data warehouse extracts
- Maintaining and enhancing existing stored procedures, queries and reports
- Troubleshooting of errors and problems with databases and extracts
- Adapt, design reporting systems to meet the specifications of others
- Assist in the constant development and submission of the HES, Psychiatric Census and MH Minimum Data Sets

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate the following Skills and Experience:

- Ability to write T-SQL, complex stored procedures, functions, views and triggers.
- Qualification in SQL Server 2005 Integration Services (SSIS).
- Qualification in SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with VB Net 2.0 and SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Clinical Systems experience.
- Understanding of mandatory service/systems documentation.
