for a long-term contract in Beautiful Geneva, Switzerland

On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for a Systems Management Specialist. This role is a full time contract position (12 months) based in Lausanne and a suitable candidate is supposed to start as soon as possible. SKILLS REQUESTED:

- Working Knowledge of AIX/Unix (basic admin skills)
- Programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Shell, Perl, VBscript, SQL, RExx
- Working knowledge of Tivoli Event Mgmt concepts and products - Netcool Omnibus (7.3.*), Impact (5.1.*), TEC (3.9)
- Working knowledge of Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.* (deploying monitors, troubleshooting, agent packaging)
- Deep experience (>5 years, did several successful projects) in the following areas: ITCAM for Transactions 7.3 (RTT), Rational Functional Tester 8.2.*, Rational Performance Tester 8.2.*, Developing of E2E Robot scenarios and integration into ITM6
- Good understanding of working in SO Delivery organization
- Used to work with global standards and organization

FURTHERMORE:

- Knowledge of the SO Delivery processes (Incident, Change, Run and Monitor Ops, Config Mgmt) or willingness to work in a process environment
- Ability to work autonomously but within a Team Framework
- Used to work against milestones, due dates, plans
- Good English skills (writing and verbal) - Optional: German and/or French
- Good networking and communication skills
- Basic project mgmt
- Stress resistent
- Leadership
