INTERVIEW PROCESS FACE TO FACE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Knowledge of at least following products: SMART, NETSCOUT, CISCOWORKS
- 3 to 5 year experience
- SHOULD ABLE TO SPEAK DUTCH AND/OR FRENCH FLUENTLY AND HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH (BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN)
COMPETENCIES
- Should have good communication skills (oral and written)
- Should be flexible and stress resistant
- Should be a teamplayer
- Should be persuasive
- Specialist with medior to senior expertise in one or more components within network.
- Assist the domain architect, stack and component owner in the delivery of the standard services and to maintain the operational readiness of the components within the network domain.
- Deliver the build and component documentation.
- Implement components in the development and acceptance environment.
- Participate in projects within the technology domain
- Should make sure the delivered designs are aligned
- Responsible for the3d line support in incident and problem resolution and audit findings
- Keep himself informed of technology domain
