System Engineer (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Monitor performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed; ensure integrity of servers; provide server performance statistics and reports according to customer agreements and SLAs
-Troubleshooting of the systems that do not function as required – including cross functional coordination
-Interact with equivalent level Systems Engineers/IT Architects concerning system and server design issues and future operations
-Evaluate technical options and suggest optimal path through troubleshooting activities
-Suggest changes to server and systems infrastructure design to ensure optimal functionality

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in collaborating across technology silos such as Servers, storage, backup, networking, active directory, and security
-Experience working in a GxP environment
-Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Windows and Linux server platforms
-BA/BS in computer science, engineering or related technical disciplines/work experience
