We are looking for a System Engineer with a deep knowledge in the field of Genesys Contact Center Solutions. The tasks would be the implementation and operation of Genesys solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in operation and implementation of Genesys solutions (mandatory)
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Know-how in sub-project management (an advantage)
- Versed with SQL and Oracle databases
- Self-reliant, resilient, team-oriented and customer-oriented; able to explain complex issues to the target groups
- Willingness and potential to work in an agile environment (DEVOPS)
- German (proficiency)
- English (conversational)
