System Engineer - Belgium

Skills and experience:
-You have experience with project work and/or project management
-You have experience within the infrastructure domain
-You are strong in infrastructure management or are there strong interest in
-You have experience or affinity with service management processes (eg ITSM and ITIL)
-You think a process and analytical works and synthesizing
-You are fluent and communicative
-You are a team player and able to work in multidisciplinary teams
Description of work:
- Infrastructure support, development and ALM IT infrastructure projects on videoconferencing, video telephony, digital signage, conference room audio & video equipment
- Responsible for the operation and further development of both their own applications and packaged solutions
- Work within the service E-Workplace platforms
- The management and further development of our video applications such as video conferencing, Videophony, Digital Signage, video, audio & video solutions for conference rooms, etc.
- Realize projects in a variety of technologies (eg., Polycom, Scala, Adobe Connect) and solutions (eg. video conferencing and collaboration)
-Create new infrastructure solutions and are actively involved in transforming the functional and non-functional requirements into technical infrastructure solutions that are part of our reference architecture
-Actively involved in the daily management (infrastructure life cycle management) infrastructure solutions that ensure continuous service to our users
-Work in project teams, working closely with the project manager, functional analysts, developers, and IT solution architects
-Work for operational aspects closely with our IT department
