System Center Consultant (SCSM, SCCM, SCOM)

We require a System Center Service Manager Architect to implement an integrated platform for automating and adapting our clients ITSM best practices, such as MOF and ITIL. You will architect a built-in processes for the companies incident and problem resolution, change control, and their asset life cycle management.

Extensive SCSM 2012 architectural experience is essential, as well as the desire to work with SCSM 2016 to assist with the health of the service manager.

Job Specification:

*Design nd Implementation of System Center Service 2012 R2 Manager, including detailed hardware and database (Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP2) sizing.
*Integration with Microsoft Exchange, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager.
*Custom design and implementation of the process "Incident Management" in Service Manager.
*Template, workflow and notification configuration.
