System administrator Windows, AD, SAP, Linux

Description The system manager Windows, AD and Linux will take care of the technical management and maintenance of the Microsoft & SAP infrastructure and the Windows server hosting platform.

Technical context Assisting in the technical realizations and taking care of the necessary installations and configurations of the hardware and system software (in projects) in order to successfully set up the IT environment. Assisting in the technical management and maintenance of the two datacenters in Mechelen and Antwerp (Installation, replacement and management of hardware, cabling and labeling..)

Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents at end user(s)

Investigate the IT environment in a proactive a nd critical manner and formulate the necessary improvement proposals and also implement them after approval.

Provide the permanence and service to the end-users on the basis of a turnaround in order to guarantee the agreed service levels (on-call).

Create and update procedures, inventory and schedules. Designing configurations to give the 1st and 2nd line the necessary tools to guarantee the stability of the environment within the agreed service levels.

Update and maintain the professional knowledge (documentation) and the technical skills in order to maximize their own professional knowledge and to apply these optimally within the organization.

Skill Requested

Master/bachelor in computer science or equivalent through experience

Minimum 2 years experience as system administrator Windows, AD, Linux and SAP

Knowledge of Windows server 2008 and 2012 medior (5.00 years) Experience levels and years of experience
