-Fine Tuning performance des environnements
-Maintien/support de notre solution ITSM tool en tant qu'ingénieur système
-Suivi des alertes SCOM sur le périmètre
-Prise en charge de suivi des problèmes
-L'industrialisation des procédures et lautomatisation des tches répétitives
-Rédaction des procédures dexploitation
-Patch management
-Evolution technologique
-Gestion des déploiements
-Tenue à jours des inventaires
