System Administrator - REST API Experience (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Ensure standards regarding Services Manager (SM), Asset Manager (AM), uCMDB and Configuration Management (CM)
-Plan and conduct minor and major releases for SM, AM, uCMDB
-Responsible for Operation, Incident and Request Management
-Make sure that Configuration Items are current and consistent
-Support customers and give guidance in an international environment
-Do appraisals and summarize information based on available data

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience as administrator of system management tools in IT
-Previous experience in working in a global international corporation is a must
-Good IT process know-how and familiar with ITIL v3
-Experienced with SQL, Oracle and web REST API
-Team player with good communication skills
-Fluency in English
