System Administrator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsibility for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for more than 50 colleagues using Windows systems
- Maintaining the IT infrastructure of the client such as servers, storage, backup
- Managing and administrating the network, the user environment and implemening strategies for software distribution
- Monitoring of the systems and the support of various Cloud services
- Documentation of your work according to GLP and GCP

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education in IT infrastructure, computer science or similar
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft solutions (e.g. Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Windows Server)
- Service oriented
- Knowledge of IT security
- Accurate, creative and flexible
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in regulated environment (GLP, GCP, GMP) and with ISO 27001 are beneficial
- Very good written and spoken English language skills, German is beneficial but not required
