System Administrator - IBM MQ/IIB Broker (5045)

For a long-term project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for experienced

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - IBM MQ/IIB BROKER (5045)

The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic team which is responsible for IBM MQ and IIB Broker installations in Switzerland.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- DEEP SKILL LEVEL OF WEBSPHERE MQ V7.X/V8.X/V9 + IIB V7.X/V9.X/V10
- WELL VERSED IN PERFORMING LARGE MQ/IIB MIGRATION TASKS, INCLUDING COORDINATION/PLANNING TASKS
- Strong Java working experience and experienced working on Linux and z/OS
- Good knowledge of MQ clustering and mulita instance setup
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- z/OS administration tasks
- Coordination work, with all kind of applications during the migration task
- End of live migration tasks
- Lifecycle WMQ V7.x -> V8/V9 and WMB V7.x -> IIB9/10 on Linux
