System Administrator

A Blue Chip financial organisation is looking for a system Administrator to join their Operational team on an initial 6 month contract.

This role will see you working across a number of the business units, managing highly critical incidents, monitoring activity, performing health checks to ensure system and applications are running as required. This position will also see you getting involved in project based work, such as event management and reconciliation plans, with particular focus in the payments related processes.

The Successful candidate will have:

- 2-5 years experience in a System Administration role.
- Windows and Linux systems background
- Payments monitoring skills is highly desirable
- Strong monitoring and maintenance experience
- Experience working in a large enterprise is a must.
- Excellent communication skills
- ItIL knowledge
- SCOM, HPBSM -also desirable.
