EDUCATION

- Graduate in IT or equivalent

SCOPE OF WORK

- Administer Windows Hosting technologies
- Monitor and Maintain environments (Middleware aspects)
- Analyse and Solve incidents;
- Estimate Impact of changes or projects  and Implement
- Upgrade to newer releases

BUSINESS SKILLS

- Knowledge of the European Commission business or the Public Sector
- Knowledge of Managed Services
- Knowledge of ITIL processes

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- IIS and .NET - Install, Update, Monitor
- Biztalk - Install, Update, Monitor (standalone or clustered) -  mandatory
- SQL Server - Install, Update, Monitor (standalone or clustered) - mandatory
- FTPStore & FTP MZ- Administer
- Windows Update - Install, Verify
- Powershell/Python Scripting and SCOM monitoring are a plus
