SWAP TEAM LEADER/QUALITY MANAGER

Scope of Services:

The swap team leader will:

- Handle the relations between the PM or customer and the swap coordinators for the swap (both radio and transmission). The SoW includes daily reports, daily database updates, follow up of reserves,
- Plan and check the prerequisites of the swap
- Make reports on the swap operations
- Provide analysis and follow up of reserves based on the OMC engineers for reserves
- Improve the swap database connected with regional PM
- Writing the PV swap
- English speaking is mandatory

The candidates should be able to stand stressful situation in multicultural environment.

The candidate must have basic mobile network knowledge.

TDM and/or IP transmission knowledge's is a advantage
