Supporting Drug Safety Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure patient safety through assisting the safety manager in timely and adequate updating Patient-oriented Programs' information on all company products in all countries
-Maintain overview of patient-oriented programs on Sharepoint
-Monitor local implementation in all affiliates and compile period metrices
-Advice Local Persons for PV in all items related to Patient Programs
-Create high quality documents for inspection readiness
-Provide administrative support for the training database (data maintenance, provision and distribution of trainings)
-Monitoring and follow up regarding training completion
-Support/maintenance of the incident and deviation management system (Trackwise) including training of users

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. biologist, pharmaceutical technican, nurse, or similar healthcare background)
-Profound experience in pharmaceutical industry (including experience in pharmacovigilance), or health authority
-Experience in an international matrix organisation
-Analytical and structured thinking, process and performance oriented
-Working independent, assuming responsibility
-Fluent in German + English
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Windows Explorer) and Sharepoint; solid SAP experience desired
