As a residential support worker you will be required to work with children & young people who have led troubled lives and display challenging behaviour. The shift patterns are normally 1 day on and 2 days off and require you to sleep in.
As an ideal candidate you will have experience of working with challenging behaviour in either the children or adult sector and must be a car driver.
