Support Training & Documentation

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Support for Training and Documentation

Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

- University degree in sciences or equivalent acquired through experience sector pharmaceutics
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar function
- Understands key business/scientific issues in manufacturing area and takes them into account in work processes.
- Prioritises and organises own work to deliver to short-term deadlines

PREREQUISITES

Knowledge:

- Gestion projet
- Outils excel/MS Office
- SAP

Specific accountabilities :

Support for training management process :

- Drive training improvement projects, QIP, FDA - supportor drive training improvement projects, Quality improvement process, FDA CAPA (corrective & preventive action)
- Propose and implement CAPA's
- Give some advice as appropriate/bring expertise to operations
- Support documentation management process:

Monitor and challenge documentation activity in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards (Quality Management System/Regulations, and to ensure harmonization & consistency of the documentation pyramid.o Give some advice as appropriate/bring expertise to operations.

Project Management:

Lead project related to area of expertise (see above).
