Support staff/Super User - Order Follow Up - Schedule Agreement - BW
We are searching for a Business Support consultant to work in Ghent, Belgium for 3 month contract with a further 6 month extension. This is for an expert in Schedule Agreement and Reporting.
Tasks:
- Give support to key and end users in use of Order Follow up Schedule Agreement applications
- Give support to key and end user in reporting on Schedule Agreement orders
- Writing reports in SAP BW
- Write support documents for users
- Help in the deployment of OFU SB application
- Organise and give training in different countries via Conf call
- Organise the communication with the new functionalities
- Help to improve applications' that is used by analysing current problems
- Ensure the reliability and the stability of the interface.
Candidate required:
- Graduate diploma in a relevant subject (such as sales or supply chain) or an equivalent level by experience.
Computer skills, knowledge of SAP (Leverage) and BW are a must.
- Experience: 2 years
- Fluent French and English is required
