SUPPORT ENGINEER - (ORACLE WEBLOGIC - UNIX - DATAPROTECTOR)
Location: Strasbourg France
Language: French and English Mandatory
Contract: 6 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Projects phases of intervention: Maintenance in Working Order: Support, install & configure Mission: Technical setup of Weblogic instances on Aix/HPUX/Linux Operating System.
- Participate to the local Helpdesk, on call duty, answer to calls, help in solution investigation and implementation. Investigate and analyze system.
- Develop and install workaround or definitive solution.
- Performance testing preparation, assistance, analysis of load testing results.
- Main tasks: - Helpdesk/support minded - Participate to call resolution, solution investigation and implementation
- Participate in duty role - Participate with HP Solution Architect in Technical design - Install and configure BEA WebLogic
- Install and Configure high availability solution - Write Installation document - Write Technical test document - Run technical tests and report test results
- Participate with Acenture and final customer during the acceptance phase
- Participate to technical meetings with Accenture and European Commission - Provide support during the deployment of the solution by the customer

SKILLS:
