Job Description:
Our client, a major Telecommunication company is looking for a Support Engineer in Operations for a 6 month contract located in Chicago, Illinois.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Modify, update and test dynamic whitelist, startpage, Webb App and other Xpress Browser configurations.
- Manage the deployment process of configuration changes.
- Tools development, design and development
- Test planning, test creation, and test execution for mobile applications
- Functional and non-functional testing
- Test execution and result analysing/reporting
- Drive translation processing for new releases and languages as required.
- Ensure the weekly update cycle completes efficiently and accurately.
- Drive improvements into the process such that the client can offer customers increased levels of customization.
- Work closely with internal colleagues to gather inputs and requirements.
- Document processes, requirements and activities.
