Support Engineer, Exchange, Lync, Pharma (Contract, Basel)

On behalf of one of the most recognisable pharma brands on the Swiss market, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced and motivated Support Engineer with good experience of Microsoft Exchange and Lync Server as well as mobile technologies for a new 12 month contract in Basel starting as soon as possible.

Please be aware that this role will involve occasional international travel and on call support.

SUPPORT ENGINEER, EXCHANGE, LYNC, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)

In order to be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

- At least 5 years IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Exchange 2007/2010, Microsoft Lync and Outlook 2010
- Experience with mobile technologies such as iPhone and Blackberry/BES
- Good Scripting knowhow (eg Powershell, Java, Python)
- ITIL Service Management qualification
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Spanish or German advantageous)
