My client in belgium is currently looking for a Support Engineer to join their team in brussels
Passionate by IT, you like to share your knowledge with others and resolve their problems.
You are logical minded and well structured so that you can easily find out the root causes of the problems.
You are a team player and you present the company in a professional way
A first professional experience in an IT call center (Min 6 mois)
If you have already a good knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, and also a basic knowledge of networks and telecommunication (TCP/IP) this is a good asset as well!
