Great opportunity to join a major law firm in the city and secure a long term contract.

You will be brought into a new team within the service desk space to carry out first/second line duties within a fast paced environment.

Ideally you will be of a legal background and have the tenacity it takes to resolve issues in a timely manner, However candidates of all backgrounds will be considered.

You will need excellent people skills and carry strong service desk expertise in order to carry out problems around outlook and office 2003/2010 along with general smartphone and tablet issues

You will be brought in to a day shift.

Initially this will be a 3 month contract however if you show the desire and tenacity that the team are looking for this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term.
