Support Analyst - Payments and Reconciliations - Corporate Banking The team provides technical support for a number of payment, reconciliation and associated back office systems across traded asset classes traded by Corporate Banking. The job includes responsibility for day-to-day incident resolution as well as addressing system stability and deep-diving for root cause analysis. Key requirements are: - Provide 2nd / 3rd line cover for incidents on supported applications (see list below) - Assist with regular checks as per the support run-book - Provide updates on incident investigation to support management Technical: - Windows (XP and 2003 server ideally) - Unix (Solaris) - SQL (Oracle, SQLServer or Sybase ideally) - Experience of supporting one or more of the following applications - Misys Payments Manager - Xanite - CREST - EUCLID - SWIFT - IntelliMATCH / IntelliTRACS - BCN Recs7
