Business Support Analyst 6 months €500 - €550 a day
Brussels - Immediate start - Financial Investment trading and Asset Management
Major Brussels Asset ManagementTest teams; Live Production teams, or the Developers and the UAT teams.
The role is to define whether a Data problem or a Defect and perform that 1st level of analysis on the issues. It is a busy environment and will need the following:
Technical skills or good understanding of code - ability to read it and diagnose, ability to do configuration
Their Platforms are Sentinel for Compliance and Thinkfolio - any awareness of these or other platforms such as Charles River or similar would be good.
You need to understand and read code or have a more technical background in ETL, SQL, .NET, C#
Skills Summary
-Logging of support for production related issues across FO applications and systems.
- Provide technical support, issue and resolution tracking for testing projects teams during testing cycles and user acceptance phases.
- Ensure that operational and scheduling procedures are documented and communicated to off-shore support teams
-Technical & design experience
- Knowledge of financial and investment trading life cycle is advantageous to have
- Knowledge of asset types and position keeping would be useful
