Supply Quality Engineer x 3

Our client, a leading, award-winning organisation within the defence sector is looking to hire a Supply Quality Engineer (CoSE) on a contract basis for 12 weeks. It is essential you are eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

The Supply Quality Engineer (CoSE) will be part of an integrated & flexible team of people involved in various aspects of the management of quality & process reporting to the Business Assurance Manager. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is biased towards quality inspection. The company has a high level of manufactured components that need to be released into build.

A Quality Engineer with experience within the aerospace or military environment, who has experience of equipment release to aerospace standards would be of the right calibre.

The Supply Quality Engineer should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or electronics industry environment, ideally gained within the aerospace, defence or nuclear industries. A good understanding of SC21, Six Sigma &/or Lean Manufacturing is desirable, as is an understanding of Supply Chain Management & monitoring techniques & Continuous Improvement methodology.
