NK166 SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION P2P MANAGER, BANKING, BRUSSELS

The Finance department is part of the project team responsible for the Supply Chain Transformation Programme.

The Supply Chain Transformation Program has as objectives to tackle key issues related to the Supply Chain.

It incorporates: 

* increasing efficiency through process review 
* implementing a new control framework around the Supply Chain process 
* defining and implementing sourcing strategies 
* developing communication channels with the business partners 
* developing training on the supply chain process and related risks

BACKGROUND:

As part of the Supply Chain Transformation Program you will be responsible in leading at least 2 sub-projects from start to finish.

The first project is P2P workflow review implementation:

The objective of this project is to implement a new P2P workflow in Oracle EBS. High level the new flow has been defined. Next steps are to perform the detailed design and next to that analyze the organizational impact of the change and prepare the organizational readiness within Finance and with the users. This means that next to the technical implementation there is a lot of impact analysis and change management to do. For the technical part, the PM will be able to rely on Oracle specialists to do detailed design, implementation, organize testing, etc. Though the org impact and change mgt will need to be managed by the PL + overall PL work for the project.

The second project is to Contractor screening process implementation:

This is a smaller project and the objective is to implement a new screening process for contractors.

Similar responsibilities would be on this project, organization impact, change, coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

SPECIFIC MUST HAVE

* You have knowledge of the P2P process
* You have excellent project management skills
* You have extensive experience with change management and training (definition, set-up and giving)
* You are able to work autonomously

GENERIC MUST HAVE

* You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands on approach
* You are able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
* You are a pro-active team player
* You have strong interpersonal skills - ability to listen to the users, and present messages clearly and convincingly to a senior audience
* You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
* You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)

NICE TO HAVE

* Knowledge of ARIBA
* Knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite
* Knowledge of OBIEE/BI APPS Procurement and Spend

This position is for starting ASAP will last til December 2017.

Location: Brussels

Rate: 500-525 euros per day

Language: English essential but Dutch/French would be nice to have.
