Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Meet inventory targets
- Maintainin supply to markets 
- Make most efficient use of site resources for the manufacture and packaging of both in-line products as well as new product introductions
- Proactively address, mitigate and resolve the current and potential supply issues from short term up to 36 months horizon
- Work closely with Product Leads/Value Chain Manager to define, align and support brand strategies (for example: New Product Launch, Network Transfer and Portfolio Optimization) 
- Optimize supply chain metrics

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferably bachelor’s degree on a related field (Supply Chain, Business Management; Logistics) Preferably with APICs (CPIM, CSCP)
- Preferably Pharma, Manufacturing experience / Several years in Supply Chain management (plant and global)
- Advanced knowledge / expertise of SAP R/3, or similar ERP and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Results oriented with the demonstrated ability to apply strategic and decisive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization
